ART-MIND-BODY retreat to de-clutter your mind and body, boost your energy levels and reset your focus on what really matters to you.
Set in a cozy bohemian dwelling, surrounded by pure and enchanting nature next to a medieval picturesque village in Cote d’Azur, this retreat will re-connect you with the most powerful part of your being.
We will focus on re-starting your creative and intuitive abilities,
clearing out your outdated mind programs and shaping a more satisfying way of living.
Artistic and intuitive guidance
We will be staying in a charming villa situated on a stunning French Riviera hillside, belonging to an inspirational and accomplished woman artist, who will also be present to guide us in the universe of art through which we will activate our imaginative and intuitive abilities.
Elevated by altitude, art and the surrounding beauty, re-assessing the way you make your choices in life will be in focus. We will be taking care of our mind and body while connecting to the empowerment of the inner knowing.
Program
We will start each day with healthy juicing and outdoor yoga overlooking the Mediterranean horizon.
The program will vary with activities and non-activities that support the retreat’s theme.
Immersing ourselves in art creation, hiking in the hills, which are right in our backyard, and enjoying great French wine at the local village wine bar, we will end each day by meditating and sharing insights while admiring the stunning sunset.
Intention
Since we are going to activate new, more powerful and meaningful ways of being, we will ask you to set your individual intention for the time spent at the retreat. Intention operates on the self-programming level and is a necessary tool towards more satisfactory living.
Inspiration
Art provides one of the fastest ways of letting go of the preconceived ideas and thinking patterns that no longer suits us. Our artist will guide us towards the process of art creation.
Wellbeing
We will dedicate one day to self-pampering. We have invited a reflexologist, a naturopath and a masseuse to bring the body into balance. The rest of the day you can spend time around the pool or exploring the surroundings and the nearest villages. In the evening you can join the group in the renowned restaurant La Cave for dinner and wine tasting.
Guidance
The retreat leaders are experienced coaches and facilitate one to one coaching sessions with each attendee to ensure anchoring of new wishes and goals.

Hello! My name is Emilie Janda. I love art and interiors and I work with people all over the world who are in search of adding meaningful personal touch, inspiration, and beauty to their homes and lives.
I live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. The French Riviera. Cote d'Azur where the sea is turquoise and where I find a never-ending inspiration from the picturesque medieval villages, from the laid back lifestyle on the coast and from staying grounded in the middle of the luxury temptations.
